Devany has extensive experience in specialty costumes & props, having worked at Global Effects Inc. since 2019 where she has spearheaded numerous major fabrication jobs, working alongside legendary costume designers Debra McGuire, Helen Huang, Jill Ohanneson, Catherine George, Shawna Trpcic, and Albert Wolsky.

Serving as both wardrobe supervisor and project manager, she works closely with key production members throughout every stage of the manufacturing process—from initial design and development to final delivery. Some project highlights include:

Artemis II C/O Crew Technician Suits
Devany led the NASA build contract for the Artemis II close-out crew suits at Global Effects, to include coordinating with Kennedy Space Center and Johnson Space Center on design, fit, material procurement, and adhering to all required technical standards.
